Live Performance 360
the intersection of live performance and immersive technology
LivePerformance360 is Boca del Lupo’s new presentation series curated by Sherry J Yoon, Artistic Director with guest curator Jo Mangan, CEO of Performance Corporation. Launching in February 2022 with SWIMMING HOME, LP360 will have offerings for the following 5 months that explore the intersection of live performance and immersive technologies. For regular listings updates and press materials please contact Helen Yagi: [email protected]
LivePerformance360 also has industry facing components that include archiving performance for touring companies, interested presenters and invested academics. If you have or know of a production interested in exploring the use of 360 audio/visual capture in live performance, we encourage you to reach out to Carey Dodge: [email protected]
Finally, LivePerformance360 contemplates the use of immersive technology as a tool for accessibility aimed at audiences in isolated communities and individuals with mobility issues that prevent them from attending a performance in person. Interested production and presentation partners contact Carmela Sison: [email protected]
In addition to the online digital experience of LivePerformance360, we’ve set up the Fishbowl as an education and demonstration centre on Granville Island.
